When you apply, Lynx Communications (Private) Limited stores your name, contact details, city, education and experience, your answers and scores on the application tests, and any audio recording you make, in our recruitment portal. We use this only to assess your application and to contact you about it.
Recruitment staff and the relevant team lead can see your application. We do not share it with anyone outside the company, and we never sell it.
If you are not hired, or you withdraw, your application is deleted automatically six months after the decision. If you are hired, the relevant parts become your staff record. You can ask us to delete your application earlier at any time by emailing hr@lynxcommunicationspvtltd.com.
Messages we send you about your application go to the WhatsApp number and email address you give us.
