Commitment

One year,
both ways.

We invest a training week and a buddy in every hire. In return we ask for a year — and we pay a bonus for completing it.

12 months

One contract, one bonus for finishing it

Every role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a 30-day notice period. Complete the year and you receive a bonus of half a month's salary, paid with your 12th month's pay.

3 months

Probation, both ways

During the first three months either side can end the contract with seven days' notice. Salary for every day worked is always paid on the normal pay date.

The bonus is kept if you leave early for one of these

  • Serious illness, accident or disability
  • A government job appointment letter
  • Marriage
  • Going abroad for studies (not a visit)

Documents required. Any other early exit forfeits the bonus.

Paid Umrah & Hajj leave

Separate from the bonus and unaffected by it. Applies once probation is complete.

How we hire

Six steps.
No silence.

You hear from us at every step — by WhatsApp and email — whether the answer is yes or no. About two to three weeks from application to your first paid day.

Start your application

01Apply online

About 15 minutes: your details, a short English test, the role test and a recorded sample.

02Recorded assessment

If your application passes, you get a private link for a longer assessment — taken at the hour you'd actually be working.

03Video interview

A video call with the team lead. Teachers also teach a 15-minute demo lesson.

04In-office interview

You visit the Satellite Town office, meet the manager, see the floor — and we discuss your salary and shift face to face.

05Training week

Up to five days of unpaid training on the real shift, with a buddy — shortened as soon as you show you're ready.

06Contract & payroll

Your 12-month contract is signed, you're added to payroll and the portal, and your paid work starts the day training ends.

Questions

Before you apply.

Who can apply?

All four roles are currently open to female applicants who can work on-site in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi on one of the two published shifts.

Are the hours negotiable?

No. Our families are overseas, so the work is overnight. We publish the hours so you can decide before you spend time applying, and we run the second assessment at that hour for the same reason.

Is the salary range real?

Yes. The range on each job page is what we pay for that role. Where you land in it depends on your assessment scores and experience, and is confirmed in your written offer.

When is salary paid?

Each month's salary is paid between the 10th and 15th of the following month — for example, January's salary is paid in the second week of February. The date is fixed and you never have to chase it.

Is there a minimum contract?

Yes — every role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a 30-day notice period. You receive a completion bonus of half a month's salary with your 12th month's pay. Leaving early forfeits the bonus, except for serious illness or disability, a government job appointment letter, marriage, or going abroad for studies, with documents.

Is there a probation period?

Yes — the first three months. During probation either side can end the contract with seven days' notice. You are always paid for every day you worked, on the normal pay date.

Do I get leave for Umrah or Hajj?

Yes. After probation, Umrah and Hajj leave is paid and does not affect your completion bonus.

What is the training week?

Before your contract starts you spend up to five days in training on the real shift, with a buddy, learning the portal, the lesson format and how we work with families. It is unpaid, it is shortened as soon as you show you're ready, and your paid 12-month contract starts the day it ends. At the end, you and the lead both say yes or no — it's how we avoid surprises in month two.

How long does the process take?

Application review within one working day; recorded assessment and video interview within a week; in-office interview and salary discussion the week after, then training. About two to three weeks from application to your first paid day.

What happens to my data?
