The job

What you'll do

You'll look after a fixed group of families: confirming lessons, answering questions, chasing missed classes, handling fee reminders and making sure nothing a parent asks goes unanswered. You'll have a named backup for your days off, so no family is ever left waiting.

  • Reply to family messages within the agreed time, in clear, warm, correct English
  • Log every conversation in the portal so the whole team can see where a family stands
  • Coordinate reschedules and teacher changes with the teaching leads
  • Escalate anything that needs a manager — and follow it up until it's closed
Requirements

What we need from you

  • Fluent written English — you'll be writing to native speakers all night (assessed)
  • Clear spoken English — for calls with parents (recorded role-play in the application)
  • Typing 35+ wpm and comfortable with WhatsApp Business, email and a web portal
  • Patience and follow-through — you close loops, you don't drop them

Nice to have

Assessment

What's in the application

10-question English test, a written reply to a real parent message and a 45-second recorded call role-play — about 15 minutes. The second, longer assessment happens later on a private link, at the hour you'd be working.

  • Monday to Thursday overnight
  • Saturday and Sunday afternoon to midnight

Commitment

One year,
both ways.

12 months

One contract, one bonus for finishing it

Every role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a 30-day notice period. Complete the year and you receive a bonus of half a month's salary, paid with your 12th month's pay.

3 months

Probation, both ways

During the first three months either side can end the contract with seven days' notice. Salary for every day worked is always paid on the normal pay date.

The bonus is kept if you leave early for one of these

  • Serious illness, accident or disability
  • A government job appointment letter
  • Marriage
  • Going abroad for studies (not a visit)

Documents required. Any other early exit forfeits the bonus.

Paid Umrah & Hajj leave

Separate from the bonus and unaffected by it. Applies once probation is complete.
