You'll observe live and recorded lessons against a fixed rubric, flag what needs fixing, and run short coaching sessions with teachers. Your reports go straight to the teaching leads and the manager, and your scores feed teacher reviews.

10-question Tajweed test, 10-question English test and a written review of a described lesson — about 15 minutes. The second, longer assessment happens later on a private link, at the hour you'd be working.
Every role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a 30-day notice period. Complete the year and you receive a bonus of half a month's salary, paid with your 12th month's pay.
During the first three months either side can end the contract with seven days' notice. Salary for every day worked is always paid on the normal pay date.
Documents required. Any other early exit forfeits the bonus.

Up to five days of unpaid training on the real shift, with a buddy — shortened as soon as you show you're ready.
Your 12-month contract is signed, you're added to payroll and the portal, and your paid work starts the day training ends.
